It is also possible that, from time to time, the information published may become outdated.

xPayrience reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions or to update any information contained on the Site, including the price of products and services offered and their availability, without notice.

In addition, the Site meets certain computer, technical, graphic and typographical standards. xPayrience cannot guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or error or that there will be no delay, omission or loss of transmitted information, that no viruses or other contaminating or destructive elements will be transmitted or that no damage will occur to a visitor’s computer system.

a) Collection of information by xPayrience

From the moment you access the Site, automatically, and without you having to intervene, an exchange of information takes place between your computer systems and xPayrience’s servers. This exchange of information does not allow xPayrience to identify you personally. However, this exchange allows xPayrience to obtain certain information, including:

  • the Internet domain name you used to access the Site;

  • your IP address (IP stands for Internet Protocol, a unique number assigned to your computer when it is connected to the Internet network that allows you to send documents to you without error);

The information collected is mainly used by xPayrience to measure the number of visits to the Site and its various pages, the average time visitors spend on the Site and to establish other useful statistics, in particular to improve the Site.

xPayrience does not collect any personal information about you unless you have, in your sole discretion, decided to provide it voluntarily.

Therefore, in order to process your reservation requests, services or purchase orders, we need to know your name, e-mail address and the addresses where confirmations of reservation or purchase of tourism products or services are to be delivered, if applicable. We can therefore process your requests and ensure their follow-up in strict compliance with our security procedures. We also ask for your telephone numbers, so that we can contact you quickly in the event of any problems with the content of your requests or their routing.

The Site allows you to create a user profile in order to save you time for your reservations or purchases and to allow us to contact you directly by email or telephone in order to send you information that may interest you. Personal information is collected for the purpose of creating your user profile (including also changing your profile settings and deleting it) and to facilitate the communication of relevant information and to better understand the profile of our users. You can at any time determine which information you wish to receive or refuse to receive. This information is strictly confidential and will not be used except as provided in the Policy.

We also use the information collected to improve the presentation and organization of our products and services, to notify you of changes and new services you will find on our Site and to inform you of any special offers that match your preferences.

c) Retention of the information collected

The information is stored on xPayrience’s secure servers located in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada. We maintain strict security measures with respect to the archiving and disclosure of the information you have provided us, in order to prevent unauthorized access. You can access your personal information and notify xPayrience to update it and request to change or delete certain information that xPayrience collected during your visit, by sending an email to [email protected] or, if you have a user profile, you can view and update your personal information online after logging into your account. You may also choose to close your profile at any time by contacting xPayrience Customer Service. After you close your profile, you will no longer be able to log in to our Site or access your personal information. However, you will be able to create a new profile on our Site.

Personal, electronic or other information collected by xPayrience is not disclosed to anyone except xPayrience representatives or employees who need the information to perform a function related to the performance of the purposes mentioned in this Policy. You agree and acknowledge that xPayrience is also authorized to use, disclose or communicate personal information about you to the extent provided for or required by law, including pursuant to court orders, in accordance with the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of information (R.S.Q., c. Domain names used by xPayrience, including www.xpayrience.com, are the exclusive property of xPayrience and no domain name usurpation through hyperlinks, framing, or registration of related domain names is permitted.

The corporate names, logos and trademarks used or displayed on the Site are trade names, trademarks or official trademarks of xPayrience. These xPayrience corporate names, trademarks and logos may only be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, with the written consent of xPayrience.
