On xPayrience, you can make your purchases as a guest.
When you reach the payment step, please click on “No xPayrience account? Enter your information here.”
Haven’t received a purchase confirmation by email?
- First, check your spam or junk mail folder, as the email with your tickets may have ended up there.
- Otherwise, log in to your xPayrience account and go to your orders.
- If you purchased your tickets without creating a xPayrience account, please contact our customer service with your purchase information (first and last name, the event for which the tickets were purchased, etc.), and we will process your request as quickly as possible.
If this happens and you receive the error message “No account is associated with this email” when trying to log in, please contact our customer service. Be sure to provide your purchase information (first and last name, correct email, the event for which you purchased your tickets, etc.). Our team will respond to your request as quickly as possible.
- Go to the xPayrience account login page.
- Enter your email address.
- Click on Forgot password. You will then receive a password reset email.
- Follow the instructions provided in the email.
- Go to the xPayrience account login page.
- Log in to your xPayrience account.
- Update your contact information.
- Don’t forget to save your changes!
Are you an Apple Wallet or Google Pay user and want to add your ticket? You will find the links to your wallet in the purchase confirmation email.
Simply click on the correct link (Apple Wallet or Google Pay), and your ticket will be added to your wallet.
Please note that it is one ticket per link. If your order contains more than one ticket, you need to click on each link.
You can send your tickets to someone else by following these steps:
- Log in to your xPayrience account.
- Go to the Orders section.
- Select the order containing the ticket(s) you want to send and click on Actions.
- Check the tickets, enter the recipient’s email address, and click Send.
Generally, the merchant provides this information in the terms and conditions you agree to when making a purchase, and sometimes in the important information listed on your proof of purchase.
If you do not have access to this information, please contact the organizer (contact details are provided in your order and on the organizer’s website).
