At xPayrience, our goal is to make your purchasing experience simple, efficient, and fair, allowing you to access the various participating merchants in a given region as quickly as possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and your understanding of the purchasing process on the xPayrience network. Each ticket you purchase grants permission for one or more persons to attend an event and is subject to any additional conditions stated on the ticket.
Currency
All ticket prices for events taking place in Canada are in Canadian dollars.
Payment Methods
xPayrience accepts VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards via the secure Stripe payment gateway.
Ticket Pricing
xPayrience sells tickets on behalf of the relevant businesses. This means that xPayrience does not set ticket prices. The ticket price advertised on the company’s website is the minimum price at which you can obtain the ticket on-site. However, by purchasing the same ticket on the xPayrience platform, you agree to additional transaction fees, which will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Availability
Tickets are generally sold simultaneously through various distribution channels, including online, by phone, and at the box office where the event is held. Most distribution channels typically have access to the same ticketing system and inventory. As a result, tickets for popular events can sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be offered before the event. However, xPayrience does not control ticket inventories or their availability.
Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (either as a confirmation page or by email) after submitting payment information, if you receive an error message, or if the service is interrupted after submitting payment information, you are responsible for checking with customer service whether your order was processed. You are the only person aware of any issues encountered during the purchase process. xPayrience cannot be held responsible for losses (financial or otherwise) if you assume an order was not processed because you did not receive confirmation.
Service and Handling Fees
A ticket purchased through the xPayrience network is subject to a service fee (transaction fee) in addition to the cost of the ticket purchased directly at the event (advertised price). Your ticket order may also be subject to handling and/or delivery fees if necessary. All additional fees will be clearly displayed before confirming your purchase; no hidden or extra fees will be added after the transaction is completed.
Postponed or Canceled Events
Occasionally, an event may be canceled by the relevant business (i.e., the business providing the service and/or product). In such cases, the business will attempt to contact you to provide information on refund or exchange procedures. For specific instructions regarding any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact the relevant business.
If you purchase a ticket via xPayrience and a refund is issued by the business, the refund will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase, and the ticket holder cannot receive a refund by presenting the ticket in person. If a ticket was purchased at a point of sale, and a refund is issued, the ticket holder must present themselves in person at the point of sale to receive the refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing a ticket, carefully review your choice of event and timing. Policies established by our clients—including theaters, sports teams, and performance venues—do not allow xPayrience to issue refunds or exchanges (subject to our policy on postponed or canceled events) once tickets are sold, nor to replace lost, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
For any request for a refund or change of one or more tickets, please contact the event organizer (contact details are displayed in your order and on the organizer’s website).
Transaction fees are non-refundable, except in special circumstances (e.g., death, illness, disability). For requests to refund transaction fees, please contact [email protected] and provide a valid reason.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after verification of billing address and other billing information. Occasionally, inaccurate billing or credit card information may delay the processing and delivery of your ticket order. In such cases, xPayrience customer service will attempt to contact you using the information provided at purchase. If xPayrience cannot reach you, your order may be canceled, and your tickets may be sold to other customers.
Electronic Ticket Delivery
Electronic tickets are delivered by email. You print them yourself! Unlike traditional tickets, an electronic ticket is printed from your computer. It uses a unique barcode (QR code) for each purchase. Only one barcode is valid for all of your tickets; it is not necessary to print one for each person. You can also present the barcode directly on your smartphone, which is highly recommended to help protect the environment.
Pricing Errors
If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect—whether due to a published price error on this website or other communication, or the purchase of a ticket before the pre-sale date or not intended for release—xPayrience reserves the right to cancel the ticket (or ticket sale) and refund the amount paid. This applies whether the error is due to human mistake or technical failure of this website or another system operated by xPayrience.
Multiple Browser Windows
When purchasing tickets online via xPayrience, ensure that you use only one browser window to search for tickets and place an order. Using multiple browser windows may result in lost tickets or exceeding the allowed time to complete your transaction.
