Who are we?

Our website address is: https://xpayrience.com.

What personal data do we collect and why?

When you leave a comment on our website, the data entered in the comment form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent, are collected to help detect spam comments.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a “hash”) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policies are available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible next to your comment.

If you upload images to the website, we recommend avoiding uploading images that contain EXIF GPS location data. Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from these images.
If you leave a comment on our site, you may be offered to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is purely for convenience so that you do not have to re-enter your information if you leave another comment later. These cookies expire after one year.
If you have an account and log in to this site, a temporary cookie will be created to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and will be automatically deleted when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will set up a number of cookies to store your login information and screen display preferences. A login cookie lasts for two days, and a screen option cookie lasts for one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login cookie will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted.

When you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data. It simply indicates the ID of the article you just edited. It expires after one day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website directly.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools, or monitor your interaction with this embedded content if you have an account and are logged into that website.

Data Analysis

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve subsequent comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our site (if available), we also store the personal data they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username). Site administrators can also see and edit this information.

If you have an account or have left comments on this site, you can request a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including data you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of personal data concerning you. This does not include data retained for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
